How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy:

Click the "Get Started" or "Sign Up" button on the homepage or navigation bar
Enter your email address, create a username and password
Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox
Complete the onboarding questionnaire to help us understand your startup's stage and needs
You're all set! You can now access all features included in your plan

The entire process takes less than 5 minutes, and you can start using the free plan without providing payment information.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password:

Go to the Login page
Click on "Forgot your password?" below the login form
Enter the email address associated with your account
Check your email for a password reset link (check spam/junk folders if you don't see it)
Click the link and follow instructions to set a new password

Can I have multiple projects under one account?

Yes, you can manage multiple startup projects under a single account. The number of projects you can create depends on your subscription plan:

Free: 1 project
Ideation: 3 projects
Validation: 5 projects
MVP: 10 projects
Launch & above: Unlimited projects

Each project has its own workspace, goals, and conversation history with PivotPal. This makes it easy to work on different startup ideas or manage multiple products within your business.
